How do I switch or change to Virtual Communications LLC from another Arise Service Partner (IBO)?
We are so glad that you would like to join our team! We are always looking to add new talent. Here are a few things to consider:
Have you ever expressed interest in a client certification course (even if you canceled and did not pay)? If you have not, all you have to do is go to your portal under “My Info” select “Drop/Change Arise Service Partner” the click on “Request to move to the following Arise Service Partner”. Type in our IB ID 1098798, click the search button, and then submit. Once we receive your request we will accept it and you will need to go back to the same page and sign the agreements. Once agreements are signed, we will finalize your move.
Are you currently enrolled in a certification course? If you have, then your current Arise Service Partner will have to release you first and then you can follow the steps to join. We will immediately re-enroll you into the course that you are in.
Are you actively servicing a client? If you have, then your current Arise Service Partner will have to release you first and then you can follow the steps to join. Once you have joined, we will send a request to reactivate your SOW. It may take several days for this to complete.
Is your Arise Service Partner not responding to you? If they are not responding to you at all, please give us a call and we can try to help, +1 (623) 695-6918.
Are you registered as a sole proprietor? In order to switch from sole proprietor to agent of a call center company: You will need to terminate your Master Service Agreement. To terminate your MSA on the Arise portal click on Documents > Master Service Agreement > Terminate MSA. Select a Termination Date and Reason. Click Submit.
You will receive a confirmation email indicating your MSA has been terminated. Once the MSA has been terminated you will be able to complete registration again. Please Note: If you select todays date as the term date of your MSA, allow 24 hours for processing.
If you have recently changed from a Sole Proprietor to request to become an agent under Virtual Solutions LLC and are no longer able to log into the Arise Portal (with errors such as incorrect username and password), please email registration@registration.arise.com. Please make sure to include your full name, Agent ID number in the email and a signature.
