You will be your own micro-call center. You will take customer service calls for well-known fortune 500 companies. These calls include billing questions, technical assistance, account maintenance, sales, and data entry.

You will need:

A Quiet Work Area

A Computer (laptop is acceptable, must be hard-wired, no Wi-Fi permitted)

High-Speed Internet

USB Headset

Most clients no longer require a phone line. If the opportunity states, "Hardwired USB headset with phone quality audio required" you'll be able to take calls through your computer.

How much do I have to pay to get started?

In order to partner with VC and be given the opportunity to provide your services to clients, you must complete the following which is considered your investment into your own business.

The following are the fees:

Background Check ($30 fee). If you have felonies or bank fraud charges then you may not be eligible to provide services.

All classes are taken online. You will need a computer, hard-wired high-speed internet (not wifi), and a usb headset for training. Classes are Monday-Friday, and they are generally 2-4 hours each day depended on the client that you choose. You will be able to choose, based upon the client, if you’d like mornings, afternoon, or evenings.

Classes are between 5 days and 30 days based on the client. After you have successfully completed certification, you can begin working and getting paid. Like any training, there is going to be a lot of information and this time goes quickly, trust me! Some classes even have an 'earn while you learn phase'. This means that you'll start taking calls (and earning revenue) after about 2 weeks of class starting. All of this will be listed in the opportunity announcement (OA).

You will be paid twice monthly, around the 15th and last day of the month. Payments are made by direct deposit to the bank account or payment card of your choice.

*No checks will be mailed as we wish to ensure the receipt of your funds.

Because you are an Independent Contractor and not an employee, you are responsible for your own taxes. No taxes will be deducted from your earnings. We will provide you with a 1099-MISC at the end of every year if you made $600 or more.

*Please speak with your tax preparation service regarding information on filing a 1099-MISC.

VC is not an employer. We are the middleman, recruiter, for clients. We are here to help connect you with great opportunities for your business to partner up and provide services for the client you choose. We are here to encourage and inspire you. We do not manage you nor do we tell you when and how much you can work. You are your own business and have full control of that. When we sign a contract to provide your services to a client, you must complete that contract. We do not provide you with equipment or background check costs. You are not an employee but an Authorized agent, Independent Contractor, Sole Proprietor or Freelancer and are responsible for your own taxes. There are dozens of client programs for which you can choose partner with. These are sales, customer service, technical support, email support and chat support clients.

By partnering your business with and working from home with VC Staffing you will be able to choose the client you want to provide your services to, set your own schedule, no traffic jams and you get to work it your PJ’s!

If you receive a message about an inactive profile, please send a request via e-mail to registration@registration.arise.com

You MUST include the following in your email:

Subject: Inactive Profile

Body: Include your full name, email address you registered with, full address, phone number, username and password if you remember, Agent ID number if you remember it. Then type this “My profile is no longer active, can you please reactivate it for me?”. Feel free to add any other pertinent information but keep it brief and to the point.

Signature: Sign with your full name and a contact number

Please allow up to 7 business days for them to review your profile.

DO NOT create another profile as doing so may permanently disqualify you from the Arise network.

You are not allowed to create multiple profiles

Please send an e-mail to registration@registration.arise.com if you created a duplicate profile.

You MUST include the following in your email:

Subject: Duplicate Profile

Body: Include your full name, email address you registered with, full address, phone number, username and password if you remember, Agent ID number if you remember it. Then type this “I accidentally created another profile. Can you please delete my new profile and reactivate my old one?”. Feel free to add any other pertinent information but keep it brief and to the point.

Signature: Sign with your full name and a contact number

Please allow up to 7 business days for them to review your profile. Because Arise does not allow duplicate profiles, if they find you were intentionally trying to circumnavigate their systems, they will deactivate your profile for good.
